HealthLOGIX, the premier outsourcing provider of customized print, membership cards and electronic document services was awarded a five-year contract with Physicians Health Plan (PHP) of Northern Indiana.

Following a seamless transition period, HealthLOGIX is providing the personalization and production of membership ID cards and digitally printed card carriers. HealthLOGIX is also providing intelligent inserting services and a customized card sleeve for PHP customers that are receiving two or more ID cards in the mail.
